Bookkeeping services for LAAM sellers
Every LAAM payout cycle matched to its orders, what LAAM still owes you tracked, and your books and tax returns kept in order. From a Lahore firm whose CEO helped build LAAM's finance function.
What is LAAM seller bookkeeping?
LAAM seller bookkeeping is the work of turning LAAM orders, ledgers and payouts into accurate accounts. LAAM pays sellers per payout cycle, after its commission and fees, tax withheld at source, ads and shipping charges, so the amount that reaches your bank almost never equals what you sold. Without a routine, unpaid orders and wrong deductions go unnoticed.
Our CEO, Belawal Latif, was a founding member and Group Financial Controller at LAAM Technologies, and today our team keeps the books of fashion brands that sell on LAAM. We know how LAAM ledgers are built and where the differences usually hide. We work in your existing books or in Daybook, our accounting software for e-commerce sellers, which pulls LAAM orders through the LAAM API.

Questions about LAAM seller bookkeeping
Why does my LAAM payout not match my sales?
LAAM pays per cycle after deducting its commission and fees, tax withheld, ads and shipping, and returns can reverse earlier sales. We match each cycle order by order so every rupee of difference is explained.
Can you tell me what LAAM still owes me?
Yes. We track delivered orders that are not yet in a ledger, ledgers waiting for payout, and payouts received, and flag cycles that are late or short.
Do you also file sales tax and income tax for LAAM sellers?
Yes. We record tax withheld by LAAM, reconcile it to your books and file your returns. See sales tax filing.
Can I keep my own books instead?
Yes. Daybook, accounting software for e-commerce sellers, brings in LAAM orders through the LAAM API and matches payout cycles to orders. Many sellers use it with our team doing the monthly review.
Do you work with Daraz and Shopify sellers too?
Yes. See e-commerce bookkeeping for Daraz, Shopify and Amazon.
